Dr. A. Sridhar is an Assistant Professor at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Before joining NALSAR, he practised as a Company Secretary for a decade, during which time he handled various matters of corporate law.
Dr. Sridhar completed his LLM from NALSAR University of Law and his Ph.D in Law from Osmania University on the topic “Competition Issues in Air Transportation Sector and Indian Aviation Policy: A Critical Analysis”.
He worked as a part-time lecturer at the PG College of Law, at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He was a Panel member at the Syllabus Framing Committee at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, for the LL.M Course. He acted as co-convener/co-ordinator for 9 seminars/workshops conducted by PG College of Law, OU.
Dr. Sridhar designed and acted as the coordinator for “Ten Day Workshop for Faculty Development, Research and Teaching with Inter-Disciplinary Approach in Law and Social Sciences: Emerging Trends” sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India under “Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan 2.0 Scheme” Conducted by PG College of Law, OU.
He Edited Two Books Namely “Corporate Laws The Challenges of 21st Century” and “Recent Trends in Corporate Laws: Impact on Socio-Economic Development in India”. He Published 13 articles and presented 22 research papers at National Level, 10 Research Papers at International Level Seminars.
He has acted as a resource person for the technical session on “Inclusive growth and Various dimensions” at UGC-ICSSR Sponsored Two Day Global Seminar on “Dr. B.R.Ambedkar & Constitutionalism” held in the Year 2018 conducted by Department of Law, OU and also acted as resource person for the “National Symposium on Consumerism, Consumer citizenship and sustainable Consumption” conducted by Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad held in the year 2020.
He is the resource person for Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI) for EDP and MSOP Programme conducted by the Institute.
He is also a resource person for a few courses in the Corporate Law Regime at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. He has delivered guest lectures on various topics related to corporate laws and commercial drafting at various institutions/organisations such as MSME Facilitation Center, Hyderabad, Government of India, KL University, Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, ICFAI University, and other institutions.
