PG Committee

The Postgraduate Committee at NALSAR is constituted to oversee and administer the academic and administrative functioning of the University’s LL.M. programmes. It plays a central role in ensuring the smooth conduct of postgraduate education, maintaining academic standards, and facilitating coordination across various aspects of programme delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Committee liaises with partner institutions, such as the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, on admissions-related matters where applicable.

It also oversees the academic administration of LL.M. programmes, including monitoring course delivery, evaluation processes, and overall programme development. The Committee may make recommendations on curriculum design and policy matters to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and regulatory requirements.

In addition, the Committee addresses student grievances by functioning as a collective body that provides a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all parties involved. It endeavours to resolve matters expeditiously, in accordance with the principles of natural justice and relevant guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.
