About the Journal
The Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law (IJIPL) is an annual, student-edited, and peer-reviewed law review published by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Established as the flagship intellectual property journal of the university, it holds the distinction of being India’s oldest student-run publication dedicated to the study of intellectual property rights. The IJIPL serves as a dedicated platform for academic discourse on intellectual property law, with a special emphasis on the intersection of law, technology, and policy. The IJIPL is indexed on major platforms. including Scopus, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Manupatra, Portico, HeinOnline, and the UGC CARE List. The IJIPL aims to facilitate high-quality research and critical analysis of contemporary IP issues. Over the years, it has hosted contributions from a diverse range of distinguished legal scholars and practitioners. Notable past contributors include Prof. Shamnad Basheer, Prof. Srividhya Ragavan, Dr. Mrinalini Kochupillai, Prof. Michele Boldrin, and Prof. David Levine.
