Examination Committee

The Examination Committee is a body entrusted with the planning and supervision of all examinations within the University.  It ensures that exams are conducted in a fair, transparent, and secure manner, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. The Committee is dedicated to maintaining the sanctity of the examination process.

Roles and Responsibilities

To uphold integrity and impartiality in the conduct and evaluation of examinations.

Key Functions

  • Management of examination logistics and invigilation duties.
  • Moderation of question papers in conjunction with the moderation committee.
  • Ensuring adherence to examination rules and prevention of malpractice.
  • Scrutiny, moderation, and timely declaration of results.
  • Addressing issues relating to revaluation, recounting, or procedural concerns.
  • Ensuring transparency and procedural fairness in resolving student queries.

Strict measures are implemented to prevent unfair practices, and any breach of examination rules is dealt with in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
